Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently offer international delivery on standard pieces, however, if you have a custom order that you would like created, international shipping can be arranged
How do I return an item?
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your one-of-a-kind piece. If you are not, we will gladly recreate your piece and ship it to you once we have received the original item.
What is your return policy?
All items carry a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not pleased with your item simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund. All returns are subject to shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of custom orders.
Who do you use for your shipping?
We use United States Postal Service for most items. Larger items may be shipped via Federal Express or United Parcel Services.
What are your delivery options?
For all instock items, we offer expedited shipping or standard shipping. All custom orders will be delivered in the manner specified by the customer.
